2. THE CHALLENGE

VIP Auto Transport’s prospecting strategy relied on purchasing leads directly through third-party brokers their conversion rates were a little under 12%. Prior to engaging with us, the client completed a costly redesign of their website which lacked the proper functionality, content and call-to-action required to develop a customer journey experience that tracked conversions in real-time.

What’s more the client hired a digital marketing agency to perform SEO services as well as implement a Paid Search strategy. After being tied-into a 12 month contract and paying for the marketing services, that yielded no return on investment, VIP Auto Transport was referred to Itrends. Our challenge was to convince them that we had to completely overhaul their digital marketing strategy, their customer relationship management system as well as the website.

3. THE STRATEGY & RESULTS

Itrends’ focus was to redesign the website, making it easier for visitors to find the right information. Conversions increased by developing an Online Quote system which submitted leads and service requests in real-time directly to their Salesforce CRM.

A Search Engine Optimization plan was implemented using the top keyword search phrases which increased traffic by 621% and in-turn resulted in the reduction of Paid Search Advertising CPC (Cost Per-Click) by 68% for the top keywords used within the Paid Search campaigns. The enhancements within the paid search campaign included better bid management and location targeting while adding a retargeting and display campaign, call-only and responsive campaigns. These all helped fuel the growth of the organization in less than 2-weeks.
