2. THE CHALLENGE

Itrends was tasked to develop a new website. However, the previous website was antiquated and had hundreds of uncategorized pages, images, and files. The second challenge was integrating their data into the Salesforce platform and custom developing the CRM to fit their needs.

Our final challenge was to generate and track leads as well as appointments that produced a return on investment.

3. THE STRATEGY & RESULTS

First, we develop a content strategy plan that also included most of their existing content. A Wordpress system was introduced as simple and effective platform that would help manage the existing content as well as publish new content. Lead forms were developed and an API was configured to deliver leads directly into Salesforce in real-time.

A comprehensive marketing plan was developed to increase solar, window and door leads. The plan included SEO, Social, PPC and email marketing. We utilized A/B testing models to help increase conversion rates and reduce CPA rates.
